Restore Your Subscription

If you attempted to restore your subscription but were unable to, please follow these extra steps to do so.


Follow this link to determine which of our apps was the original app where you purchased your subscription. (Or go to your iTunes account and click “manage subscriptions.”)


Download or open the game through which you initially purchased your subscription.


Tap the “All Access Pass” button in the bottom right corner.


Skip the video and hit the “Restore” button on the subscription offer page.

Now you should be able to play all subscription content in any of our games. This should only happen rarely, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
